To reserve a shooting date and time in Crete you need to: fill out the online booking (https://www.cretecom.com/booking)form, make an advance payment, you will receive a letter in response (may end up in spam) with details for making an advance payment) in the amount of 20 €.
 
When booking a shoot in Santorini, an advance payment of 200€ is required.
 
When booking a shoot in Mykonos, an advance payment of 300€ is required.
 
When booking a video shoot, you must pay 50% of the order price.
 
*When making an advance in another currency, you must take into account the current Euro exchange rate on the day of making the advance.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

*We do not give the sources of photos and videos, we can give you raw files only by prior arrangement for a fee.

**Time of performance of the order from 7 to 90 days depending on amount of work, at first we give you photos for color correction, then retouching of photos is a separate free service and takes a little more time for processing. Photos are transferred via cloud systems or FTP server in maximum resolution.

***In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable and remains with the contractor as part of the lost profits coverage.

****After making full payment, you may cancel or change the shoot at least seven days before the date of the shoot.

*****If the shooting did not take place due to the customer's fault, the service is considered to be fulfilled.

****** If you download the archive with photos from our cloud systems or FTP servers, additional processing is only paid, if you have not downloaded the archive and you have comments on the processing, we can process it for free at your request.

Shooting is done exclusively by professional equipment (PHOTO / VIDEO / AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY Nikon D810, Sony A7R2, high-aperture optics, DJI Ronin S electronic image stabilizer, DJI Mavic 2 Zoom quadcopter, DJI Inspire 1 Pro, GoPro 7 black, Sennheiser) using an optional professional equipment and studio lighting.
